Return and Refund Policy

All products sold by Prysm Peptides are intended for research use only and are not for human consumption.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or handled items.

Returns:
We may accept returns only in limited circumstances and only for unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging, subject to prior approval.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To request a return, contact us at support@prysmpeptides with:
- your order number
- the item(s) in question
- the reason for the request
- any supporting photos, if applicable

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- opened products
- used products
- products not in original condition
- clearance or final sale items
- gift cards, if applicable

Refunds:
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued at our sole discretion.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@prysmpeptides.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks:
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution of your order issue.
