Return and Refund Policy

Peptide products: final sale

All sales of peptide products and peptide blends are final. To protect product integrity and maintain quality controls, we cannot verify storage, handling, or chain of custody after a product leaves our control. Peptide products therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for a change of mind, ordering error, or other discretionary return, even if unopened or unused.

This final-sale policy does not prevent us from resolving damaged, incorrect, or missing items as described below and does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support@prysmpeptides.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and products where applicable. Keep the packaging and affected items while we review the issue. Please do not send products back without written instructions.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund. The 3-day reporting request does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Non-peptide products and supplies

For items not covered by the peptide final-sale policy, we may approve returns in limited circumstances for unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and approved before anything is returned. Opened, used, or handled items, items not in their original condition, clearance or other final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for discretionary returns.

To request approval, email support@prysmpeptides.com with your order number, the items involved, the reason for the request, and supporting photos if applicable. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or a refund is required by law. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Final-sale acknowledgment

Before proceeding from the cart to checkout, customers are asked to acknowledge that peptide products and peptide blends are final sale due to product integrity, subject to the exceptions described in this policy.
