At Prysm Peptides, we aim to process and ship orders quickly and reliably.

Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before [2:00 PM local time] may ship the same business day, depending on the final carrier pickup.
Orders placed after the cutoff or after the final pickup will ship the next business day.

Shipping Options
Shipping options are shown at checkout based on availability and destination.
Free next-day shipping is available on orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes, where eligible.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped and are subject to carrier availability, location, weather, and holiday delays.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Prysm Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
