Shipping policy

At Prysm Peptides, we aim to process and ship orders quickly and reliably.

Processing times

Orders submitted and paid for by 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, ship the same business day. Orders submitted or paid for after 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping options

Shipping options are shown at checkout based on availability and destination. Free next-day shipping is available on orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes, where eligible.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped and are subject to carrier availability, location, weather, and holiday delays. Same-day shipping refers to dispatch, not same-day delivery.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Prysm Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
