TSM10 is Prysm Peptides’ tesamorelin research product, containing 10 mg per vial. Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), also known as growth hormone-releasing factor (GRF).
The compound contains the 44-amino-acid GHRH sequence with an N-terminal trans-3-hexenoyl modification. It binds to and activates GHRH receptors and is studied for its effects on growth hormone signaling and downstream insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) responses.
